Our Safety Monitors work directly with guests to provide friendly and professional assistance. Our Monitors consistently enforce Jump Around Now safety regulations.

You are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of Jump Around Now.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the facility: act immediately and appropriately to ensure the safety of guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers to enhance experience
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in an emergency.
• Maintain the safety of ALL guests.
• Communicate court rules to all participants.
• Assist with court inspections.
• Perform various maintenance duties as scheduled.
• Help maintain a clean and safe facility.
• Ability to identify equipment or customer safety violations
• Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to lift over 40 pounds
• Availability of nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
• Ability to speak in front of groups
• Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
• Ability to inform rules and policies consistently
