Refund Policy: If you cancel your party or event more than 2 weeks (14 FULL DAYS) before the date it is scheduled for, we can refund your deposit entirely. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your party/event date, we cannot refund your deposit, however, we are also able to reschedule your party any time up to 1 year with no additional penalty.
